Firstly, make sure you give your plant a location exposed to indirect sunlight. Secondly, make sure you provide consistent watering. Thirdly, make sure you offer soil media with good drainage. Fourthly, maintain the temperature at 65-75°F consistently and do not change it. Fifthly, make sure you give this plant high humidity.
